Jazz was born in Connecticut and have been singing since the age of 8. She was influenced greatly by Michael Jackson, Aretha Franklin Ernestine Anderson and of course Ms. Billy Holiday. Her late Father was a Blues Guitarist who performed all over the world. Jazz was blessed to have been raised in an environment of Blues, Jazz and Gospel. Her late Mom was also a Gospel pianist who played the piano since the age of 5.  Her family consists of 9 siblings and fortunately they are all musically inclined.  She started performing at the age of 14  and sang in musical plays, concerts, talent shows, etc. She later paired up w/Antonio Rodriguez of New Mexico who is one of the finest jazz pianists that you'd ever come in contact with. She performed at all of the hottest spots in Ct. such as The Palms, Tiptons, Weinslows and a variety of other places.  Jazz has opened for great Artists, such as Ray GoodMan & Brown, Regina Bell and a host of others. She has had a history of performing w/the late Jessie Austin an exceptional blues organist, Al Myles an exquisite drummer who performs throughout the USA. Jazz recorded for other artists such as Craig Silver, Jimmy Mcgruff of CBS records and many others.  Jazz was also signed to a house music label. Jazz is presently  performing  Jazz' rhythm and blues throughout NYC. Anything that's musically inclined, count me in, I am a singer and a musician at heart!  "ME"
